DAO Operations

Bootstrap DAO is designed to operate in the most convenient system as possible in order to accommodate those with all levels of crypto experience. Our DAO can be broken down into two separate components: Social and Governance.

Social

The Social component of Bootstrap DAO refers to the informal communication network between all of the DAO members. This network will be hosted in a Discord server and is where members can collaborate, discuss and organize actions. The Discord server is the heart of our community. This will also be the place for any informal and preliminary proposal discussions focused on official governance votes. Additionally, BOOT token holders with verified wallet holdings will receive access to token-gated governance communities within the Discord server.

Governance

The governance component of the DAO is where official decisions will be made by the community. (The platform to be used is TBD) All members that hold BOOT tokens will receive voting power over every official decision Bootstrap makes.

Official governance votes will oversee all of our products operations and changes. In addition, governance votes will also facilitate internal DAO operations such as ways to allocate the treasury, how to properly compensate members and any allocation strategies.
