4. Convert your SOL to USDC on a decentralized exchange

5. Use USDC to buy BOOT on Raydium

Step 1

The first step involves creating an account on a centralized exchange in order to convert fiat currency into crypto. There are numerous centralized exchanges to choose from and they can vary depending on your location. Below is a list of some of the most popular exchanges you can choose from.

• Kraken

• FTX

• KuCoin

• Bithumb

• OKX

• etc...

After creating an account on a centralized exchange, you will need to buy the SOL token.

Depending on the exchange you chose to set up on, this process can vary. If you have trouble with this step, there are plenty of How-To guides you can find for every exchange.

Step 2

Next, you will need to create a non-custodial wallet. There are various wallets you can choose from, but we highly recommend Phantom wallet and will use it as an example for this guide.

Step 3

This step involves sending the SOL in your centralized exchange account (Step 1) to your newly created non-custodial phantom wallet (Step 2).

From the centralized exchange, you will need to "withdraw" or "send" your SOL to the address of the non-custodial wallet you have just created. This process can look slightly different depending on the exchange you have chosen, but is not as complicated as it seems.

Below is an easy video guide showing this process from the Binance exchange.

Step 4

Once you have SOL in your wallet, you will need to swap that SOL for USDC in order to purchase the BOOT token. You can use any decentralized exchange for this, but we recommend using the Raydium exchange.

Follow this link to Raydium: https://raydium.io/swap/?inputCurrency=sol&outputCurrency=EPjFWdd5AufqSSqeM2qN1xzybapC8G4wEGGkZwyTDt1v&inputAmount=0&outputAmount=0&fixed=in

Click "Connect Wallet" and select the wallet you have just set up to connect it to Raydium.

Once you have connected your wallet, you will be able to swap SOL for USDC.

Your screen should look like this:

Enter the amount of SOL you would like to convert into USDC and click "Swap". It will look similar to this when you have entered amounts:

After you have selected "Swap", you will now have USDC in your wallet! Now you can swap for BOOT!

Step 5

Now that you have USDC in your wallet, you will need to swap that USDC for BOOT.

You will see a screen like this:

From here, you will need to enter the amount of USDC you would like to swap for BOOT and press "Swap".

Done!
